I am using the Eklipse and Avalon amplifiers. The amplifiers are rated for mains AC voltage of 230 volts. The AC voltage in my house is not stable. Sometimes it can go up to 250 volts. Will this cause any problem or damage my amplifiers in the long run.

no worried, for short time its no risk to use the amps on a higher voltage.
